Frank Papalia, Vice President of Fire & Life Safety Training at Global Security Group, brings over 20 years of expertise as a Lieutenant with the New York City Fire Department (FDNY). Holding a Summa Cum Laude Bachelor’s degree in Fire and Emergency Service and a Master of Public Administration in Emergency Management from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, Frank is a certified Fire Service Instructor with specialized training in terrorism, arson investigation, and the National Incident Management System.

As the lead instructor for key GSG classes, including Fire Safety Director, Emergency Action Plan Director, Fire Safety Coordinator, Frank is highly regarded for his effectiveness and knowledge.
