IFA Fire Safety Plans

Interior Fire Alarm (IFA) Fire Safety and Evacuation Plans are usually required in buldings, other than hotels or high rise office buldings*, that have an interior fire alarm. 

Some examples are:

  • Schools
  • Retail locations
  • Homeless Shelters
  • Nursing Homes
  • Domitories

*In some instances hotels and high rise office buildings only require an IFA Plan.
